Unless you aren’t a gamer or frequent internet user, you probably know Halo 4 is coming out in four days. That gives games just enough time to prepare for 343’s space epic. Here’s a quick four-day plan that will get you ready for Halo 4.
Day 1: Finger Training
Any gamer knows that fingers are important, so when a new FPS like Halo is coming out, weak fingers are not an option! A good day of finger exercise will go a long way on the battlefield
Day 2: One-Liner Creation
If you usually play multi-player games while using a headset, why not make up some awful one-liners to accompany your success/failure?
Day 3: Play Something Pleasant
In Halo, you don’t really do much other than kill people. So it’s probably in your best interest to think happy thoughts before (and plan something for after) Halo 4 releases. I’ve recently been playing Super Mario 3D Land and plan to play Paper Mario Stick Star on the 11th of this month.
Day 4: Play The Original!
There’s nothing more nostalgic than going back to a classic game. So if you still have your copy (or the remake that released last year) then pop it in and recall the good old days! It will no doubt make you appreciate the new entry a whole lot more.
That’s about it! If you’re reading this after the second of November, then we suggest you compress two or more of these steps of preparation into one or more days or ignore this advice entirely.
